Despite the adverse conditions, Jose Antonio Rueda set the pace on slick tyres in the opening session of the day.
Jose Antonio Rueda took top spot on Saturday morning in the mixed conditions at the Silverstone Circuit. The Moto3 Championship leader came out in the latter moments of the session on slick tyres and went 1.690 seconds quicker than the field.
Joe Kelos had sat out of the majority of the session, but like Rueda emerged from the pits at the end of the session. The Australian ended up in second place on the LEVELUP - MTA KTM machine.
David Almansa was the top Honda rider and got into a groove with his wet tyres on the drying track. The Spaniard continued to go quicker every lap that he completed and ended up in third place.
After topping the Friday afternoon Practice session, Alvaro Carpe ended up in fourth place on the Red Bull KTM Ajo machine in the mixed conditions.
David Munoz was fast in the dry conditions on Friday and showed his pace in the adverse conditions on Saturday as he finished Free Practice Two in fifth.
New Zealander, Cormac Buchanan, was able to end Free Practice Two in sixth place on the BOE Motorsports KTM.
Valentin Perrone was another rider who benefitted from the mixed conditions as the Argentinian rider ended up in seventh place in the opening session of the day.
Moto3 rookie, Maximo Quiles, ended the first session of the day in eighth place on the CFMoto Aspar Team machine.
Completing the top ten were the two Honda riders of Riccardo Rossi and Joel Esteban on the Rivacold Snipers Team and Leopard Racing machines.
British riders, Scott Ogden, Max Cook, and Eddie O'Shea, all missed out on the top ten. Ogden ended up in 11th, Cook was in 15th, and O'Shea was in 17th.
