Despite a difficult start to the season, Danny Kent and McAMS Yamaha are 'confident in the direction' they are heading.
McAMS Yamaha and Danny Kent ended the 2024 British Superbike Championship on a high after winning their first race together at Brands Hatch.
However, the 2025 season has not gone how it was expected, while his fellow Yamaha riders are first and second in the standings, Kent is down in eighth.
Across the first eight races of the season, the 2015 Moto3 World Champion has a best result of sixth place at Oulton Park and Snetterton.
But after a solid test at Knockhill ahead of Round Four of the 2025 British Superbike Championship, Kent and the McAMS Yamaha squad are 'confident in the direction' that they are heading.
"I'm really looking forward to getting back to Knockhill," Kent said ahead of Round Four.
"It's a circuit I enjoy and one where we've had success before. We've made steady improvements over the first few rounds, and after a solid test here, I feel like we're in a good place to keep that momentum going.
"The goal is to be fighting closer to the front and continue building on what we've learned so far this season."
Team Owner, Tim Martin, said: "Knockhill has been a strong circuit for us in the past, and we're heading into his weekend feeling positive after a productive test here recently.
"The team has been working incredibly hard behind the scenes, and while we know there's still progress to be made, we're confident in the direction we're heading.
"This round is another opportunity to take a step forward, and we're looking forward to seeing what Danny can do."
