After recent success, Rory Skinner has high hopes for his home round of the British Superbike Championship this weekend.

For Round Four of the 2025 British Superbike Championship, Rory Skinner heads to his home round of the season at Knockhill.

Last season, the Scottish rider claimed his first British Superbike win at Knockhill and also claimed a second-place finish.

This weekend Skinner arrives at his home round in a run of good form, as in the last six races he has finished inside the top five in five of the races, and has featured on two podiums.

"Next up, Knockhill Circuit," Skinner said.

"I am super excited to be heading there this year, it is my first time there on a Ducati. So far this year, we have been building week in and week out.

"Me, the team, and the guys at Cheshire Mouldings Ducati have really started to unlock things with it now. We have been making improvements, with a podium at Donington and a podium at Snetterton.

"I am excited to get back to home turf, Knockhill is like home for me, I have been going there since a young age.

"Super excited to see all the fans out again. It was spectacular last year, my first British Superbike race win, and to be standing on the top step of the podium last year and see all you guys out there, in the grandstand and in the paddock.

"Cheering in the rain and singing Flower of Scotland in the rain, it is something that still gives me goose bumps to this day."

After three rounds of the 2025 season, Skinner sits fifth in the British Superbike Championship, with a best result of second place last time out at Snetterton, and 74 points to his name.
