Moto3 Hungary, Practice Results | Maximo Quiles ended Day One on top of the timesheets

Moto3 rookie, Maximo Quiles, was on top of the Moto3 timesheets at the end of Day One at Balaton Park.

At the end of the opening day of Moto3 Practice at Balaton Park, it was the Moto3 rookie, Maximo Quiles, who sat on top of the timesheets for the CFMoto Aspar Team.

Fellow Moto3 rookies, Valentin Perrone and Guido Pini, were right behind Quiles as the Red Bull KTM Tech3 and Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP riders were in second and third place.

The Austrian Moto3 Grand Prix winner, Angel Piqueras, has been on the pace across both Friday sessions as he ended the day in fourth place.

The Moto3 World Championship leader, Jose Antonio Rueda, rounded out the top five for the Red Bull KTM Ajo squad.

Adrian Fernandez was the top Honda rider on Friday afternoon at Balaton Park as he ended the day in sixth place for Leopard Racing.

David Munoz started his day in fourth place, but slipped down the order to seventh in the afternoon; however, he still retained a spot in Q2.

Dennis Foggia was another rider who found themselves further down the order than in the morning as he ended up in eighth place in the afternoon Practice session.

Jacob Roulstone made his way into the top ten as he finished in ninth in the afternoon after an underwhelming morning session.

Completing the top ten was the Japanese rider, Ryusei Yamanaka, on the FRINSA - MT Helmets - MSi machine.

British riders Eddie O'Shea and Scott Ogden were outside of the top ten and ended the opening day in 20th and 22nd place.

Casey O'Gorman ended his day with the SIC58 Squadra Corse Honda in 17th place on the timesheets.
