Scott Redding took the Hager PBM Ducati to the top of the timesheets at the end of Day One at Donington Park.

At the end of the opening day at Donington Park, Scott Redding topped the timesheets for the Hager PBM Ducati squad.

Yamaha was the closest contender to the 2019 British Superbike Champion, Danny Kent, who ended the day in second place for McAMS Yamaha, and Kyle Ryde was in third place on the Nitrous Competitions Racing Yamaha.

The top Honda on the timesheets was the Honda Racing UK rider, Andrew Irwin, who is looking to back up his Cadwell Park podiums with further success this weekend.

Rounding out the top five was the AJN Steelstock Kawasaki rider, Christian Iddon, the #21 was 0.438 seconds behind Redding over one lap.

Charlie Nesbitt narrowly missed out on a top-five place at the end of the opening day as he ended up in sixth on the MasterMac Honda.

The second Ducati rider to feature inside the top ten was the Moto Rapido Ducati Racing rider, Leon Haslam, who ended up in seventh place.

Both of the AJN Steelstock Kawasaki riders ended the day in the top ten, as Max Cook ended the day in eighth place.

Two Honda riders completed the top ten as the 2023 British Superbike Champion, Tommy Bridewell, was in ninth, and two-time British Superbike Champion, Josh Brookes, was in tenth.
