Angel Piqueras started Day Two at the Catalan Grand Prix on top of the timesheets in the final Free Practice session.
Across the last five Grands Prix, Angel Piqueras has finished inside the top five; this weekend, he looks to extend that run as he topped Free Practice Two on Saturday morning.
The Leopard Racing squad started Day Two at the Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya in the top three. Adrian Fernandez was in second place, and his teammate, David Almansa, was in third place.
David Munoz has featured on the last five Moto3 podiums, and looks set to fight for a podium this weekend as he started his Saturday in fourth.
The Moto3 World Championship leader, Jose Antonio Rueda, started Day Two at the Catalan Grand Prix in fifth place for the Red Bull KTM Ajo squad.
Just outside of the top five was the LEVELUP - MTA rider, Joel Kelso, the Australian was in sixth place and went quicker on Saturday morning than he did on Friday afternoon.
Dennis Foggia ended Friday in 17th place, but on Saturday morning in Free Practice Two he ended up in seventh place.
British rider, Scott Ogden, started his day inside the top ten as he put his CIP Green Power KTM into eighth place.
Riccardo Rossi was the third Honda rider to feature inside the top ten in Free Practice Two as he ended up in ninth for the Rivacold Snipers Team.
Completing the top ten was the Red Bull KTM Ajo rider, Alvaro Carpe, who was 0.925 seconds behind Piqueras.
