Spanish WorldSBK, Superpole Race Results | Nicolo Bulega took a controversial victory at Jerez

Nicolo Bulega claimed his 13th win of the 2025 World Superbike season in a controversial manner at Jerez.

The Superpole Race saw Nicolo Bulega take victory on Sunday morning at Jerez, after he took Toprak Razgatlioglu out of the race in the opening lap of the penultimate race of the season.

Alvaro Bautista secured his first second place since the final race of the weekend at Assen earlier in the season. The Spaniard has secured the second 1-2 finish for the Aruba.it Racing - Ducati squad in the 2025 season.

Andrea Iannone was back on the podium for the first time since the opening round of the season at Phillip Island, as he finished in third place for the Team Pata GoEleven squad.

Xavi Vierge took his best result of the 2025 World Superbike Championship as he finished in fourth place for the Honda HRC squad in his penultimate race with the Japanese manufacturer.

British rider Alex Lowes was inside the top five after he crossed the line in fifth place for the bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team.

Andrea Locatelli was the top Yamaha in the Superpole Race on Sunday morning as he finished in sixth place for the Pata Maxus Yamaha squad, but he has likely lost out on third in the Championship.

Tarran Mackenzie claimed his best result of the 2025 World Superbike Championship as he finished in seventh place for the MGM Bonovo Racing squad.

Iker Lecuona claimed his best result since returning from the injury he suffered at the Hungarian World Superbike Round as he finished in eighth place for Honda.

Taking the final point in the Superpole Race at Jerez was the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team rider, Michael van der Mark.

The reigning World Superbike Champion and Championship leader, Toprak Razgatlioglu, did not end the race after being taken out by his title rival. He will also have to start from tenth place in the final race of the weekend.
