Angel Piqueras set the pace in Free Practice Two in the damp conditions on Saturday morning at the Portuguese Grand Prix.
Early action for the Moto3 riders on Saturday morning at Portimao was impacted by rainfall overnight. There was limited track action, with some riders opting not to complete a lap, but it was Angel Piqueras who topped the timesheets.
A further 1.494 seconds behind Piqueras on the timesheets was the Red Bull KTM Ajo replacement rider, Brian Uriate, in second place.
The top Honda rider in Free Practice Two was the Leopard Racing rider, Adrian Fernandez. The Spaniard will have a point to prove after being disqualified from the Malaysian Grand Prix two weeks ago.
Moto3 rookie Guido Pini was inside the top five after completing 12 laps around the Portimao circuit on Saturday morning, as he ended the session in fourth place.
The second Leopard Racing rider was also inside the top five in Free Practice Two, as David Almansa ended the session in fifth place.
Despite a crash during the session, Cormac Buchanan featured inside the top ten for the DENSSI Racing - BOE squad as he ended up in sixth place.
British rider Scott Ogden has been in strong form around the Portuguese circuit as he qualified for Q2 on Friday and ended the Saturday morning session in seventh place.
Off the back of announcing a new deal for 2026 on Friday evening, Nicola Carraro was in the top ten for the Rivacold Snipers Team as he ended the Practice session in eighth.
Irish rider Casey O'Gorman is standing in for David Munoz in the Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP squad this weekend, and ended the final Practice session in ninth place.
Completing the top ten was British rider Eddie O'Shea for the GRYD - MLav Racing squad.
