Lap times from the Practice session at the 2026 MotoGP Italian Grand Prix at the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello.

Fabio Di Giannantonio was fastest in Practice on Friday afternoon, the Italian leading four riders who went under the 1:45 mark, the others being Francesco Bagnaia, Enea Bastianini, and Franco Morbidelli.

Fermin Aldeguer completed the top-five ahead of Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi, Jorge Martin, Alex Rins, and Diogo Moreira in the top-10.

There were two red flags. The first was for a crash at turn four for Fabio Quartararo, with his bike bringing gravel onto the track. The second was for Brad Binder whose bike stopped on the start-finish straight and required moving.

FP1

Fabio Di Giannantonio topped a damp but gradually drying FP1 in Mugello, finishing ahead of Jorge Martin who showed no ill-effects from his crash-strewn four days in Barcelona.

Ai Ogura completed the top-three, but like Martin was 0.4 seconds adrift of Di Giannantonio.

Maverick Vinales was fourth, and the remainder of the top-eight - Jack Miller, Pedro Acosta, Fermin Aldeguer, and Francesco Bagnaia - all lapped in the 1:46s.

Raul Fernandez and Franco Morbidelli completed the top-10.
