MSS Kawasaki's Danny Buchan has been forced to borrow a Superstock-spec ZX-10R from AP Kawasaki after a series of accidents means his team ran out of their own bikes for him to ride.

MSS have been through five bikes so far this year after Buchan crashed in an MRO round at Brands Hatch and then Stuart Easton had his big accident in Northwest 200 qualifying last Thursday.

“It was a weird crash but I totally wrecked the bike. I have a sore shoulder but it feels like it will be OK on the brakes. With the two Superstock bikes crashed in Stuart Easton’s big accident at the North West plus mine, we ran out of time which is why AP stepped in to help so big thanks there," said Buchan.

The timing’s isn’t great obviously but we then have a full three weeks before Knockhill for the next round which is ideal. We’ve all been thinking about Stuart after his nasty crash at the North West, and are properly gutted for him, big shout out to him for his recovery, all the best Stu.”
