Ex-AMA Formula Xtreme Champion Jake Zemke will join the British Superbike Evo grid at the upcoming Knockhill round after signing to race for the WFR Honda team alongside Glen Richards and Graeme Gowland.

Zemke, who won the Formula Xtreme title twice and was AMA Superbike runner up in 2010, gave Jordan Motorsports their first official AMA American Superbike class victories last year.

“I’m delighted to be coming to the UK at last and starting the next chapter of my career. I have always been an admirer of BSB and have wanted to race here for quite some time so I would like to thank Team WFR who have made that dream a reality," said Zemke.

“I’m looking forward to getting stuck in to their exciting Evo project at Knockhill and racing against some of the best riders in the world at the remaining rounds of the season.”
