Welsh rider David Jones has signed to join the Gearlink Kawasaki British Supersport team to race at Cadwell Park following a successful test at Mallory Park yesterday.

The 22-year-old from Colwyn Bay impressed the team with how he got on with a new machine and team boss Michael di Bidaph is looking forward to working with the youngster.

“I am very happy to sign David to ride for us at Cadwell Park. We tested at Mallory on Thursday and I was very impressed with the way he gelled with the bike. I am sure he will be an asset to the team and I look forward to working with him," he said.
