The Chris Jones Riders Fund is delighted to announce the forthcoming 5th Annual Cadwell Park Cycle Race, which will take place during the BSB weekend.
Teams, riders, fans, kids, families, friends and fancy-dress fanatics are invited to display their cycling proficiency, dazzling style and alter egos by getting on their bikes to help raise money for this worthy cause. Last year's Cycle Race provided belly laughs for riders, teams and spectators alike, with some very imaginative displays of talented riding combined with questionable dress sense. This year there are two entry levels within the same race:
Adults Race - 2 laps (woodland circuit)
Kiddies Race - 1 lap (woodland circuit)
To enter, please register your entry with the CJRF stand located in the trade area anytime during the Cadwell Park race weekend up until 5pm on Sunday (cycle race day).
ENTRY PRICE
Adults £10.00
Children £5.00
If you raise more than £50 in sponsorship then entry will be free (forms are available for download on here)
(BSB Team Members: Working for the BSB teams you understand the importance of the work we do and the money we have to raise therefore we would expect you to raise £50 in sponsorship to take part in the race. Working in the paddock this shouldnt be a problem
And with thanks to a donation from a supporter, this year we are able to offer some pretty good prizes

What the riders say:
Simon Andrews
As with everything there is always a good with a bad and in racing a bad day at the office is life changing.
I must be close to being the highest CJ fund user! Its not just recovery but also maintenance. Having a busy season competing in BSB, Northwest and Isle of man TT the CJ physio's have literally "kept me on track"
For once I had the best functioning body this season due to serious work from alot of people to help previous injuries an the aches from competing.
Im now recovering from a bad smash from Snetteron in Jun which very nearly cost me my leg. Thanks to DR Dominic and the CJ people I not only have it but also their support for health and sporting recovery which you can never get from hospital or GP's.
I have along recovery now where the Cj fund will be helping and guiding me through alot of it.
Next year were all look back and laugh and what we've achieved as a collective but for now im looking forward to month of pain and getting back with the help of the CJ Fund. Could not of done all this without the fund.

It's safe to say that without the help and support of the CJ Riders Fund I would not be out on a bike today. I don't think I would ever be able to thank Pam, Clive, Lucy and the team for everything they put in and what they do for us riders. Most people know I had a massive crash at Cadwell last year and without the medical equipment and the big yellow bird supplied by the fund I know that I wouldn't be where I am today. And with the help of the doctors and the physio's after the accident it helped me get back to doing what I love.
