Fitzpatrick secures 2012 BSB pre-season test deal

British Superbike Evo contender Craig Fitzpatrick has secured a deal to run the official 2012 pre-season British Superbike testing through his Euro trackday company www.PaceDayz.com.

The 2008 Supersport Cup Champion started up his fresh business venture earlier this year which for now will currently focus on non-UK track events. The test will start at Cartagena for the British Superbike cChampionship before moving on to Alcarras which will include the support series as well.

It doesn't stop there.  The great news is that www.PaceDayz.com have put together a spectacular track day package for the general public at the same circuit that includes a 2012 BSB twist. Attendees will fly out a day early to watch the last day of the British Superbike pre-season test before taking part in a three day track event of their own in which some of the BSB riders will stay on to join in and instruct.

Talking to www.bikesportnews.com about his new venture, Fitzpatrick said: “It's hectic and hard work. I am concentrating on the PaceDayz next year to get that up and running so I will take a bit of a backseat in racing, but I will be doing some. I have sold my Evo bike and bought a Superstock Kawasaki so I aim to do some rounds but I really want to focus on the company.

"This BSB pre-season testing is great, the Superbike teams have their own kit so they will likely be transporting their own equipment, but I will be offering transport for the smaller teams if they need it. For the event I will be organising the usual BSB services which include for example the medical staff, Pirelli and MoTec.”

"I would also like to thank Stuart Higgs, BSB Race Director, for trusting and giving us the opportunity to prove ourselves in organising the series tests."

Currently Fitzpatrick is preparing for the company's first Euro track day which is due to take place at the end of this month at Cartagena. The package includes three days on track, transport and accomodation plus much more. If needed Fitzpatrick can also help service and prepare the machines prior to each event.

The company's aim is to provide affordable yet exciting events while offering all an round supportive and approachable service for riders with any level of experience; especially the novice.  For more information of track events and confirmation of package content visit the website www.pacedayz.com.
