Triumph Triple Challenge race winner Ashley Beech will team up with Victor Cox in the Black Horse Kawasaki team for next year's Metzeler National Superstock 1000 series, prompting speculation as to the movements of Conor Cummins.
Cummins has raced with the team, which is managed by road legend Ian Lougher, for the last few seasons but has not yet announced a deal for 2012. Cox rode for the team last year and they are looking to also run a bike in the 600cc Stock class too.
"We are delighted to retain the services of Victor for 2012. He is undoubtedly one of the best riders in this class and a highly valued and popular member of the team," said Lougher.
"I am also pleased to welcome Ashley on board. He’s proven himself to be a young rider with a great future in the sport and his addition to the team is very much in keeping with Blackhorse Kawasaki's ethos of supporting and developing talented young riders and enabling them to progress in their racing careers.
"As a team, we are honoured to once again be entrusted with the tag of Official Kawasaki Motors UK Superstock Team, and look forward to a successful and enjoyable 2012 season."
