Karl Harris expects to remain with the Quattro Kawasaki team for the rest of the 2012 MCE British Superbike season and hopes he can cement a full-time ride in the championship for next year.
The burly northerner, who hadn't raced on a short circuit for the best part of 12 months, bagged two-point scoring finishes for the troubled squad at Brands Hatch on Sunday and wants to do more, but he also has his TT plans to consider.
"The expectations ahead of the weekend were to get good points, not expect too much, but enjoy it and have fun. We've had a mega weekend. I'll be with the team for the rest of the year. It is a good little team and I'm hoping to give them some good feedback," said Harris, speaking to bikesportnews.com.
"We'll get down to it after this weekend. We've got a trackday at Oulton Park, then two days of testing at Assen. I'm in training and now I have something to aim for. I just want to have a good rest of the season with this team. Next year will be a busy year. The TT will be in. This year was phenomenal, one of the best experiences of my life, unbelievable, I really enjoyed it."
