Haribo Triumph's Joe Collier bagged his second Pirelli National Superstock 600 win of the season - this time as part of the support class programme at Donington Park's World Superbike round.
After a safety car period, the youngster got the drop on his rivals in a two-lap dash for the flag and put in one last overtake at the Melbourne Loop to take the win and get a big points haul.
"The safety car did play into my hands and it bunched us all close together, I didn't realise it would only be a two lap sprint so I really had to make sure of any moves that I made. We were all wanting the win and we were swapping positions at most corners and I knew I had to try and do something into the loop," said Collier.
"It was so close going in but I knew I could pull it tight and finally managed to take the lead and hold off the others into the final turn."
