Pint-sized racer Asher Durham has joined former champion Steve Patrickson's SP125 Motostar squad and will parner existing riders Elliot Lodge and Jamie Ashby for 2014.
The team will continue with their two-stroke 125s in the class with Patrickson hoping to defend the title they won with Tom Carne last season.
"We had a great season in 2013 with Tom taking the title. Elliot had his best ever season, finishing eighth overall and Jamie came into it in the middle of this year a complete rookie and took his first points at the final round at Brands Hatch," he said.
"Asher was a regular points scorer last year and showed a lot of potential, so we are hoping the progress will continue for all three and the team will be pushing for rostrums in the GP125 class next year."
