ANDREWS PREDICTS TOP SIXES AFTER BSB THIRD ROUND

British Superbike star Simon Andrews reckons his MSS Kawasaki team can give him the bike to make consistent top six finishes from the third round of this year's 2009 British Superbike Championship.

Andrews, who is up to his neck in snow training for the season in the French Alps, says team boss Nick Morgan has put him under no pressure for immediate podiums.

Speaking to bikesportnews.com this evening, Andrews said: "It's quite relaxed really. We know we have a lot of work to do in testing soon and we're not under any pressure to go out and win at Brands.

"We have got some development work to do during the test time and we can go to the first round confident that we will be able to be up there. We're under no pressure to start winning straight away. I think that even before the third round that both Julien and I can be in the top six no problem, and we will see what happens from there."
