BRANDS BSB: CAMIER RESUMES NORMAL SERVICE

Airwaves Yamaha's Leon Camier has resumed normal service in the third British Superbike free practice session this morning, topping the timesheets by more than half a second.

The Kent youngster, who spent yesterday circulating on his spare bike because of a engine problem, set the fastest time of the weekend so far with a 1'26.776, 0.524 faster than Kawasaki World Superbike man Sheridan Morais.

A resurgent Karl Harris, on the Hydrex Honda, was third quickest and only a tenth of a second behind the South African while the second Paul Bird Kawasaki of Broc Parkes, who was quickest yesterday, rounds out a theoretical front row.

Harris's team-mate Stuart Easton was fifth quickest with HM Plant Honda stand-in rider Steve Brogan in close attendance. Worx Suzuki's Tommy Hill set the seventh quickest time of 1'27.926 while karl Muggeridge rounds out the top eight.
