BRITISH SUPERBIKES TO HONOUR JONES AT 11AM ON SUNDAY

The memory of Craig Jones will be honoured by the British Superbike paddock and fans at 11am on Sunday when friend Jim Moodie will do a lap of Knockhill's track on Craig's Valmoto Triumph which he campaigned in the 2004 British Supersport series.
A classic race from Donington Park from that year will also be shown on the trackside big screens.
Series Director Stuart Higgs said: Like all within the BSB community we are deeply saddened at the loss of Craig Jones following his accident last weekend.

"The British Championships formed a large part of Craig’s career and I know he kept a keen interest in them as we did with his World Championship exploits.

"Craig will perhaps be best remembered by his two years on the distinctive yellow Valmoto Triumph and who can forget “that” race at Donington in 2004 when Craig enthralled us all by taking a spectacular win on the last day of the season on the last outing for the team and bike."
