Airwaves Yamaha's Leon Camier has tipped good friend and HM Plant Honda Josh Brookes as a serious title threat in this season's British Superbike Championship.
Camier, speaking from Casey Stoner's home in Australia, reckons that although Brookes isn't familiar with most of the UK's tracks, his talent and fitness will put him in the frame for race wins.
"Josh isn't well known over here but I have known him for quite a while. We have done a lot of stuff together and he is fast," said the Kent youngster. "He has won World Supersport races, he is incredibly focused and has been training really hard."
Camier also said that Brookes' team-mate Glen Richards was also a man to be watched, along with is own Airwaves Yamaha partner James Ellison.
