Former SMT Honda British Superbike rider Jason O’Halloran returns to the paddock this weekend after signing with the Linxcel-Seton Yamaha squad for the rest of 2009.

The Australian, who defected to the Althea Honda World Supersport team but only lasted one race, will be on the bike vacated by Hudson Kennaugh after the Brands Hatch round.

“I’m sure Jason will prove himself to be a valuable asset to the Linxcel Seton Tuning team. His professional attitude, willingness to work as hard as the whole team and undoubted ability are the attributes we were looking for from our Supersport rider. We are sure Jason will be able to challenge at the front end of the grid where our Supersport Bike deserves to be," said team boss Phil Seton.
