A decision that could see the end of Croft as a race track should be made at the Court of Appeal on Monday.
Owners Croft-Promo Sport are appealing against a judicial decision made in April this year to award £150,000 in damages, and £700,000 in legal costs, to the Watson family after they complained about excessive noise.
If the appeal is not upheld, it will set a dangerous legal precedent for any other residents to sue the circuit, and for residents living anywhere near any other tracks in the UK.
