National Superstock 600 contender Josh Day is gearing up for his season debut in the class over the Easter Weekend and has already got four wins under his belt in preparation.
Day took victory in all of the 600cc races at NGRRC's Brands Hatch meeting last weekend and will contest the Supersport race at Donington Park's MotoSix Nations on Sunday.
"It’s been great to have enough time this year to build the bikes properly as last year we were very inexperienced and learning as we went through. The new bike is so much better and easier to ride than the old bike and I’m loving every second of it," said Day.
"The aim for us at Brands was to get a good set up for the British Superbike round there at Easter. I’m just starting to get my head around suspension and setup as in 2007 I used road suspension and last year we didn’t know enough to change anything.
"It was also a great opportunity to get my head back into race mode as its been since October since I was last battling for positions."
