BMW Motorrad has confirmed it will continue to throw its support behind FHO Racing in a factory-backed capacity for both the Isle of Man TT and British Superbike Championship in 2024.

It will mark a second year in partnership for the two parties, BMW having switched its official manufacturer support from TAS Racing to FHO Racing for the 2023 BSB season. FHO Racing has been BMW’s factory-backed nomination at the Isle of Man TT since 2021.

The extended contract comes as no surprise following a successful 2023 campaign for FHO Racing, both on the roads and on short circuit, with highlights that included Peter Hickman’s three wins and huge new lap record for the team on the Isle of Man TT, plus his Macau Grand Prix victory, while Josh Brookes was a double race winner in BSB.

BMW’s roaring success at the TT notwithstanding, the manufacturer is yet to win a title at BSB level, therefore putting FHO Racing front and centre of its targets in the domestic Superbike ranks.
