Fraser Rogers bags TAG Racing Honda deal for 2024 BSB

TAG Racing

TAG Racing has become the latest team to announce its line-up for the 2024 British Superbike Championship with Fraser Rogers signed to ride its Honda CBR1000RR-R.

For Rogers it is a return to the Superbike class after a period spent in the Superstock ranks, last year on the IN Competition Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory machine.

Bagging a pair of podiums at the penultimate Donington Park round before scoring points on the same machine in the Superbike class utilising the series’ new Pathway regulations, Rogers will now replace Hector Barbera on the full-fat Honda CBR1000RR-R in BSB

"I am extremely happy to be joining the TAG Racing Team. It's exactly the move I need at this point in my career and to do it with a team with such history is just fantastic.

“They've fought for Championships, won races and enjoyed podiums, so they know what it takes to be competitive. Together I trust we can be successful.

“I owe a big thanks to Rob, Tracy and the Winfields for this opportunity."

With Shaun Winfield leading the team’s challenge in the National Superstock Championship, TAG Racing team boss Gary Winfield is confident of a more competitive 2024 BSB campaign

"We are delighted to welcome Fraser to the team, and have every confidence he will pursue the opportunity aggressively.

“Despite a break from racing, Fraser came back with the passion and determination to succeed, and we here at TAG Racing feel that we can support him in his quest to be at the sharp end on board a full Superbike.

“With Shaun, opting for another season in Superstock was the right decision. He has so much potential in that class, but we just couldn't quite get there in 2023.

“We have put together a really solid package for next year for Shaun and we are confident that his consistent top ten results will resume."
