Reigning British Supersport Champion Stuart Easton has completed his first test back on a Superbike, spending two days at Cartagena with PBM team-mate Shane Byrne and the squad's MotoGP rider Michael Laverty.
The Hawick man hasn't ridden a Superbike for the best part of 18 months so was pleased to get back into the groove with his Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki outfit in the Spanish sun.
"From my point of view it was good to get back out on track on a Superbike after a season riding in Supersport as it took me some time to adapt back to the bigger bike," said Easton.
"I felt pretty comfortable soon enough and that was what was most important to me. The last time I rode a Superbike I was still carrying some injuries so I had the foot pegs in two different positions for examples, so we pretty much started from scratch."
