Former Centurion Honda rider Tom Grant, who has split from the team this week, wants to continue to ride on in the British Supersport Champion and is looking out for a team to join.

The 21-year-old says he struggled to come up with the funding necessary to remain with Centurion but is still on the lookout for sponsorship deals in order to continue with his career.

"I've had an eventful start to the season, posting good qualifing positions, which have unfortunately not carried through to race results. The Supersport class is a hotly contested championship, with most manufacturers represented," said Grant, speaking to bikesportnews.com this afternoon.

"I would like to thank Paul and the whole Centurion team for giving me the chance at the start of the season and really want to find a way of getting back on a bike and defending my seventh place in the championship at Brands."
