Reigning Relentless British 125GP Cup Champion Tim Hastings will make a move onto four-strokes at Oulton Park this weekend as he joins the Gearlink Kawasaki National Superstock 600 team.

Hastings tested Jamie Hamilton's ZX-6R at the end of last week and says he gelled with the bike immediately. Hamilton himself has also swapped classes, moving to British Supersport.

"I am completely made up to be riding for Gearlink Kawasaki in the Superstock 600 race at Oulton Park. I tested with the team on Friday and everything went really well," said Hastings.

"I instantly gelled with the team and was helped on the day by Ben Wilson who gave me some valuable advice on setup. There is no pressure on me for the race and I will just go out there and enjoy the experience to see how I fare."
