Honda Racing have switched to Nissin brakes for the 2015 MCE British Superbikes season with riders Dan Linfoot and Jason O’Halloran pleased with the systems after time on track at Monteblanco.
Previously, Honda had, like the rest of the BSB paddock, used Brembo but a deal setup by Honda Motor Europe with Nissin means the manufacturer’s Superbike, World Endurance and Road Racing efforts have the option to use the Japanese system.
“It was a deal setup by Honda and it means we will have our own technician at every round so we jumped at the chance,” said team boss Havier Beltran, speaking to bikesportnews.com at Monteblanco.
