Hydrex Honda's Stuart Easton reckons that if the first British Superbike race was next weekend his Hydrex Honda team would be ready and competitive.
Speaking to bikesportnews.com this morning, Easton said he was really happy with his performance at the three-day Guadix test and the team have got all the data they need to make a strong start.
"I now feel really comfortable and confident on the bike, even though I was a bit stiff after the first day at Almeria. We have tried all the settings we needed to and we could race this weekend if we had to," said Easton.
"I got down to a 1'13.4 laptime on the last day at Guadix and I am happy with that. We are probably going to do a bit of testing at home before the start of the season, but I'm ready to go."
