KENNAUGH RETURNS TO BRITISH SUPERSPORT WITH SETON RACING

British Supersport runner-up Hudson Kennaugh will come back to the series in 2009 after signing with the Linxcel Seton squad.

Kennaugh, who reportedly had an acrimonious split with Raceways Yamaha at the end of the 2008 season, will mount a full assault on the series but won't have it his own way, with Steve Plater, Dan Linfoot and Billy McConnell all in the mix.

The team is still in negotiations with a number of riders about the team's second rider's seat.

Phil Seton, Team Manager and Seton Tuning Managing Director said: "We are very pleased and excited to have secured the services of such a high profile and talented proven race winner, as Hudson. This is only our second season in the British Supersport Championship and last year we showed great promise but we need more consistent front running and Hudson plays an important part in our 2009 strategy.

"I am also looking forward to working with Linxcel Europe Ltd. for another season. We owe a lot to our title sponsor for their dedicated support and would like to thank them for continuing their support into 2009."

Hudson Kennaugh added: "It is great to be involved with a team that has performance at the forefront of their aims. I am confident that the Linxcel-Seton Tuning Team will provide me the equipment and the backing necessary for me to achieve my goals in 2009."
