JG Speedfit Kawasaki's Leon Haslam is confident of a big points haul at the Knockhill Bennetts British Superbike round after going under the lap record in testing at both the Scottish track and then at Cadwell Park.
Haslam has a whopping 64 point advantage over second-placed Bradley Ray as they go into this weekend's clash north of the border, and the Derby man is looking to extend the gap even further.
"We had two really good tests at Knockhill and Cadwell, race simulations were good at both circuits and we were under the lap record at both too so I'm really looking forward to the next race," said Haslam.
"We missed it last year due to injury but it's one of my favourite circuits and it's one the Kawasaki goes well at. We are confident and five wins on the bounce is always a good position to be in."
