Node4 Yamaha's Dan Linfoot is already considering his options for next season and reckons he either wants to move up to the British Superbike Championship or across to World Supersport, following in the footsteps of Eugene Laverty and Cal Crutchlow.
The Yorkshire youngster, who is still recovering from the broken foot he sustained in a monster high-side at Snetterton a couple of rounds ago, says he is considering options in both series but isn't looking at Moto2.
"I don't think I could secure a competitive ride in Moto2 next season as I am not yet a proven world-class rider. Saying that, I have unfinished business in that paddock, the same as Eugene (Laverty)," said Linfoot, speaking to bikesportnews.com this morning.
"A move up to British Superbikes or across to World Supersport is the way forward me at the moment. A good ride in either series would suit me down to the ground, and then maybe I can look at Moto2 in 2011."
