Australian MCE British Superbike star Billy McConnell has joined the FS-3 Kawasaki team just in time for this weekend’s season opener at Silverstone.

McConnell left the Anvil TAG Yamaha team in the middle of last week but immediately found a home with the new squad who were still searching for a rider.

"I really didn't want to miss this season and after speaking with the team at FS-3, I instantly knew it was the right fit for me. I am just as excited as the team and crew are about the new season and we are all really enthusiastic about making this new team a force for the future,” said McConnell

"This Kawasaki finished second in the championship last year and with the crew they have on board too it is now down to me. I can't explain how excited I am for this opportunity so let's get this show on the road.”
