Tyco Suzuki's Josh Brookes has explain why he wore a hi-voz jacket in the wet second MCE British Superbike free practice session at Oulton Park today, and it began with a joke on team rookie PJ Jacobsen, who joins to ride in hte Metzeler National Superstock 1000 class.

"We told PJ he had to wear it because he was a newcomer but then he found out we were winding him up, so he said I should wear it, so I did. Also, you can hardly see anyone in the spray and thirdly, it's got a big TT on it…" said Brookes.
