OULTON BSB FINAL: ANDREWS CONSCIOUS IN MEDICAL CENTRE

MSS Colchester Kawasaki's Simon Andrews is reported to be conscious in the Oulton Park medical centre after initially knocking himself out in a first lap crash in the final British Superbike race at Oulton Park. The Evesham man is speaking and is aware of the crash, saying he lost the rear.
Relentless Suzuki's Alastair Seeley, who was also involved in the crash at Cascades, is thought to have broken a finger but is otherwise ok.
Update 6.30pm: Andrews has been transferred Chester Hospital for precautionary overnight observations but x-rays taken at the track have found no head, neck or spinal injures
Update 8.30pm: Peaches is awaiting a CT scan to confirm the medical centre's X-Ray findings
Update 10pm: Candypants has been given the all clear and is on his way back to the track
