Hydrex Honda's Tommy Hill reckons it is good to be back at the business end of British Superbikes after a couple of years wiped out through injury and a torrid time on the world stage.
Hill, who got two podiums and a fourth at the BSB Oulton Park final, said that after his nightmare with Althea Honda in World Superbikes, it was good to get back racing with Worx Suzuki and then find some stability with Shaun Muir's team.
"That was a great weekend, and to only be two-tenths off a win in the first race on Saturday shows what we can do. I have really enjoyed being back in BSB and want to be here next year," said Hill, speaking to bikesportnews.com this morning.
"I think my performance over the weekend has put me firmly in the shop window for 2010 with the top teams and I hope to have something sorted out in the next two weeks or so. I have had a great time with Hydrex but I am also talking through a couple of other options as well."
