OULTON BSB: I'LL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES - RICHARDS

HM Plant Honda's Glen Richards reckons he will do whatever it takes to wrestle the British Superbike Championship lead from Worx Suzuki's Sylvain Guintoli at Oulton Park this weekend - and has his countryman Josh Brookes riding shotgun.

Richards left Brands Hatch third in the series after a podium and fifth places at the Kent track and has some suspension tweaks up his sleeve to get the Fireblade more suited to his riding style.

“It’s great news that my Aussie team-mate will be with us! It feels good to finally have the championship underway and I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and doing whatever it takes to take the championship lead," said the laid-back Aussie.

"There are a few ideas we want to work on with the Fireblade on Saturday during practice, mainly with suspension, to make the bike a little more suited to my riding style, but other than that we’re looking in good shape. Oulton’s always a great round with good atmosphere and big crowds and the track is great too, so it should be a fun weekend.”
