FIM Superstock Champion Brendan Roberts looks set to replace Michael Rutter in the NW200 Ducati team as Rutter is moved into a management role with the squad.
Strong paddock rumour suggests that Rutter will still ride at the NorthWest 200 in May and possibly the TT. Roberts has been scouting around for a ride after missing out on the Xerox Ducati job that went to Michel Fabrizio.
The Aussie was also linked with the Boulder Ducati team which is supposed to be entering World Superbikes, but that has gone very quiet recently. Randy Mamola has also been mentioned in connection with the outfit.
