SNETTERTON BSB: CAMIER TAKES CHARGE IN FINAL PRACTICE

Normal service has been resumed at Snetterton's British Superbike round with Airwaves Yamaha's Leon Camier setting the fastest lap in the third free practice this morning with a 1'05.034.

Camier was less than half a second faster than Worx Suzuki's Michael Rutter who leapt into second place with his last lap of the 50-minute session, circulating in 1'05.306. Yesterday's fastest man Simon Andrews, on the MSS Colchester Kawasaki, was third quickest on a 1'05.407 after being quickest with eight minutes to go.

Hydrex Honda's Karl Harris also made a late charge up the order, lapping in  1'05.518 to take the last place on a theoretical front row  and deposing HM Plant Honda's Glen Richards to fifth.

Richards' HM Plant Honda team-mate Josh Brookes, who had been fastest earlier in the session, was sixth with James Ellison in seventh and Stuart Easton rounding out the top eight.
