Redline KTM’s Scott Deroue held off the charge from Repli-Cast UK’s Charlie Nesbitt and Dani Saez to take the HEL Performance British Motostar win at Thruxton, this afternoon.
The Dutch rider is now only seven points adrift of current championship leader, RS Racing’s Taz Taylor after the victory at the Hampshire track. Taylor finished, just off the podium in fourth, with Banks Racing’s Edward Rendell completing the top five.
“I learnt from yesterday, and today I had a good start and at first I couldn’t make the gap. I was looking at what I could do to get the win and then I braked late and I went on to win, and I am very happy,” said Deroue at the track.
RS Racing’s Georgina Polden rounded up the top ten, with FAB Racing’s Cameron Horsman bagging the 125 victory, from Liam Delves and Jamie Edwards.
