Jentin Racing’s Jon Kirkham is missing from the timing sheets at the fourth round of the Visk British Superbikes Championship following a decision by the team and rider that the time would be more beneficial spent on preparing the bike for Snetterton.
Currently the Derby rider is running pretty much a standard R1 for which new parts have been received.  It was decided that the time and money would be better spent on preparing the bike for the fifth round of the championship instead of taking part this weekend with the bike not at its best and Kirkham continuing to run mid pack.
The team aim to return to the Norfolk circuit in three weeks with a more competitive package.
