Tito Rabat is going into his second weekend with the McAMS Yamaha squad as he goes from Snetterton to tackling the iconic Brands Hatch circuit.
After impressing at Snetterton on his debut with the McAMS Yamaha squad Tito Rabat is ready to take on a new challenge at Brands Hatch this weekend.
The former Moto2 World Champion qualified on the front row last time out at Snetterton and went on to score points in all three of the races in Norfolk. The Spanish rider will have his second outing on the McAMS Yamaha R1 this weekend and will be looking to improve on his performances this time round.
Rabat will not be taking on Paddock Hill bend blind though as he has been to Brands Hatch recently with a R1 to experience the Brands Hatch circuit on a track day.
"I’m excited to get to Brands Hatch this weekend," said an excited Tito Rabat. "It’s a circuit that everybody wants to ride at least once.
"I had the opportunity to do some laps with the R1 last week and it’s a tricky track to learn. The first corner is exciting because when you go down the hill it’s like you fall off the edge of a building!
"I hope I can feel as comfortable on the bike like at Snetterton and we can improve our set up and my riding style to suit the Yamaha and try to stay at the front for all of the race. See you at Brands!”
