Walker switches to GBMoto Kawasaki for 2014 BSB tilt

Housewives' favourite Chris Walker remains with Kawasaki for the 2014 MCE British Superbike season but has moved to the GBmoto team to partner James Ellison.

The 40-something rider has been on Kawasakis for the majority of his career and 2014 will see him move from the Quattro Plant garage to Mark Smith-Halvorsen's operation.

“It’s great to be staying on Kawasaki machinery and signing with the GBmoto squad who I consider one of the best up and coming teams. The ZX-10R is one of the most competitive bikes I’ve ever raced and with a super fast team-mate, plus my other Kawasaki commitments, it’s a perfect fit for me. After a competitive 2013 I’m really fired up for an even bigger go next year," said Walker.
