Former Padgett's Honda British Supersport rider James Webb will replace the injured Aussie Jason O'Halloran at Linxcel-Seton Yamaha at Silverstone and will remain for the rest of the season.
O'Halloran broke his wrist in a crash at Croft and team boss Phil Seton took up the reins, qualifying in last place while setting a personal best lap of the track but a cold-tyre highside in morning warm-up put paid to the team's activities..
“I would like to thank Phil and the team for offering me this ride. I am looking forward to the opportunity to ride for a team that will work hard for me to get a result," said Webb.
