Moto2 America, Qualifying Results | Jake Dixon claims pole at COTA, David Alonso will start from the second row

Throughout the weekend in America, Jake Dixon led the way in every session and has now secured pole position.

Jake Dixon has topped every session at the Circuit of the Americas, and the British rider will start Sunday's Moto2 Grand Prix from pole position.

Manuel Gonzalez had started the opening two race weekends from pole, but he had to settle for second place in America.

Barry Baltus put his Fantic Racing Lino Sonego machine onto the front row as he qualified in third place.

Zonta van den Goorbergh had an impressive session as he qualified at the head of the second row in fourth place.

Aron Canet will start from the middle of the second row on his Fantic Racing Lino Sonego machine after qualifying in fifth.

The reigning Moto3 World Champion, David Alonso has had his best Moto2 qualifying as he secured a sixth place grid slot for Sunday.

BLU CRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2 rider, Tony Arbolino will head the third row as he starts from seventh place on the grid.

Marcos Ramirez put the OnlyFans American Racing Team into eighth place on the grid for their home Grand Prix.

The second Elf Marc VDS Racing Team rider, Filip Salac, will start from the rear of the third row as he qualified in ninth.

Deniz Oncu completed the top ten as he qualified at the head of the fourth row on his Red Bull KTM Ajo machine.
