Moto2 Catalunya, Qualifying Results | Daniel Holgado claimed his maiden Moto2 pole

Daniel Holgado claimed his first Moto2 pole position in his 15th Grand Prix weekend in the intermediate class.

For the first time in his Moto2 career, Daniel Holgado will start a Grand Prix from pole position for the CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team.

British rider, Jake Dixon, will start from the middle of the front row as he qualified in second place for the ELF Marc VDS Racing Team.

Moto2 rookie Collin Veijer completed the front row of the grid after qualifying in third place on the Red Bull KTM Ajo machine.

Albert Arenas will start from the head of the second row at the Circuit de Barcelona - Catalunya after qualifying in fourth place.

Rounding out the top five is the Belgian rider, Barry Baltus, who will start from fifth place on the grid.

Daniel Munoz will start directly behind his Red Bull KTM Ajo teammate after qualifying in sixth place at the back of the second row.

The second Boscoscuro rider inside the top ten on the grid is Filip Salac, and the Czech rider will start from seventh place.

Australian rider, Senna Agius, will start from the middle of the third row for the Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP Team in eighth place.

Moto2 Championship contender, Aron Canet, will start from the back of the third row on the grid in ninth place.

Completing the top ten on the grid is the Japanese rider, Ayumu Sasaki, on the RW - Idrofoglia Racing machine.
