Moto2 Valencia, Qualifying Results | Daniel Holgado smashed his own Lap Record as he claimed Pole Position

Daniel Holgado was able to set a new Moto2 Lap Record as he claimed Pole Position at the Valencia Grand Prix.

After setting a new Moto2 Lap Record on Friday at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Daniel Holgado went on to set another Lap Record on Saturday as he claimed pole position for the Valencia Grand Prix.

For the final round of the 2025 season, Izan Guevara will start as the top Boscoscuro rider after qualifying in second place for the BLU CRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2 squad.

Senna Agius completed the front row of the grid as the Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP rider qualified in third place on the grid.

For his final race in the Grand Prix paddock, Albert Arenas will start the Valencia Grand Prix from fourth place on the grid for the ITALJET Gresini Moto2 squad.

The Moto2 Championship contender, Manuel Gonzalez, will start from fifth place on Sunday, and will need to fight for victory if he has any chance of winning the title.

Alex Escrig will line up on the second row of the grid for the KLINT Forward Factory Team after he qualified in sixth place.

The Red Bull KTM Ajo squad will head the third row of the grid as Collin Veijer qualified in seventh place and Daniel Munoz qualified in eighth.

The Moto2 World Championship leader, Diogo Moreira, was able to progress through from Q1 into Q2 and secured himself a third row starting position in ninth place.

Completing the top ten on the grid is the SpeedRS Team rider, Celestino Vietti.

Jake Dixon will start his final race in the Moto2 World Championship from 17th place on the grid.
